இந்திய தனித்துவ அடையாள ஆணையத்தின் (Unique Identification Authority of India UIDAI) ஆதார் அங்கீகாரம் அளிக்கும் சேவையை மேற்கொள்ளக்கூடிய புதிய ரிப்போர்டிங் நிறுவனங்களை மத்திய நிதி அமைச்சகம் Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 பிரிவு 11Aன் கீழ் அறிவித்துள்ளது. மத்திய அரசு UIDAI மற்றும் Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority of India உடன் ஆலோசித்தப் பிறகு புதிய ரிப்போர்டிங் நிறுவனங்களை அறிவித்துள்ளதாக நிதித்துறை, மத்திய நிதி அமைச்சகம் ஒரு Gazette notification (GSR 262 (E) dated 23rd April 2020) மூலமாக கூறியுள்ளது. இந்த நிறுவனங்கள் பின்வருமாறு

மத்திய அரசு UIDAI மற்றும் Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) உடன் கலந்தாலோசித்தப் பிறகு பின்வரும் நிறுவனங்களை UIDAIன் ஆதார் அங்கீகாரம் அளிக்கும் சேவையை மேற்கொள்ள Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 பிரிவு 11Aன் கீழ் அனுமதி வழங்கியுள்ளதாக மற்றொரு notification (G.S.R. 261 (E) dated 22nd April 2020) மூலம் நிதித்துறை, மத்திய நிதி அமைச்சகம் கூறியுள்ளது.
