Anand Mahindra's Gender Equality Twitter Post : ஆண்களுக்கு நிகராக பெண்கள் என்று வாய் வாக்காக வேண்டுமானால் சொல்லக் கேட்கலாம். ஆனால் ஒரு இலக்கினை அடைய ஆண்கள் மேற்கொள்ளும் முயற்சிகளும், அவர்கள் சந்திக்கும் பிரச்சனைகளும் பெண்கள் சந்திக்கும் பிரச்சனைகளை விட மிகவும் குறைவு தான் என்பது அப்பட்டமான உண்மை.

வீட்டினையும் கவனிக்க வேண்டும், வேலைக்கு சென்று அலுவலக பணியையையும் கவனிக்க வேண்டும். திருமணமான பெண்கள் என்றால், அவர்கள் தங்களின் குடும்பப் பொறுப்புகளை நிறைவேற்றிய பின்னர் தான் இதர நிர்வாக/அலுவலக பணிகளை பெண்கள் மேற்கொள்கின்றார்கள்.

குடும்பப் பொறுப்புகளை இருபாலரும் சரியாக பிரித்துக் கொண்டு புரிந்துணர்வுடன் வாழ்ந்தால் இந்த பிரச்சனைகளை ஓரளவிற்கு குறைக்கலாம். இதனை மையமாக வைத்து உருவாக்கபட்ட ஏரளாமன கலைப்படைப்புகள் மற்றும் ஓவியங்கள் அடிக்கடி ட்ரெண்டாவது வழக்கம்.  தற்போது மஹிந்திரா நிறுவனத்தின் சேர்மென் ஆனந்த் மஹிந்திரா, தன்னுடைய சமூக வலைதளத்தில் கருத்து ஒன்றை பதிவிட்டார்.

“நான் என்னுடைய ஒரு வயது பேரக்குழந்தையை கடந்த ஒருவாரமாக கவனித்து வருகின்றேன். தற்போது தான் இந்த படத்தின் உண்மையான அர்த்தம் எனக்கு பிடிபடுகிறது. வேலைக்கு செல்லும் அனைத்து பெண்களுக்கும் சலியூட். ஒரு பெண் ஒரு துறையில் வெற்றி பெறுவதற்கு, ஆண் அலுவலர்களை விட அதிக அளவில் எஃபெர்ட் எடுக்கிறார்கள்” என்றூ கூறி புகைப்படம் ஒன்றை பதிவிட்டிருந்தார்.

இந்த புகைப்படம் மட்டுமல்ல அதிலுள்ள கருத்தும் தற்போது வைரலாக சமூக வலைதளங்களில் பரவி வருகிறது.
